I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you can talk openly, explore what’s been weighing on you, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Whether you're experiencing depression, grief, anger, stress, relationship challenges, lacking confidence, self esteem or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m a counsellor based in Lake Macquarie, offering a warm and supportive space for women, teens, and families. My work is guided by empathy, respect, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel heard and understood.
I take a gentle, person‑centred approach, allowing you to move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and build the confidence to move forward.

My approach is warm, grounded, and non‑judgmental. You set the pace. You choose what you want to explore. Your comfort and emotional safety always come first.
Over the years I have worked as a general service officer for Ramsay Health care at Green slopes private hospital in Brisbane, Queensland and also at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital at Gateshead Nsw for 21 years. Then I went on to do my cert 111 individual age care and worked as an AIN in a nursing home for 2 years. I also gain my counselling qualification and have been working in my own private practice for 3\years supporting clients with grief, anger, relationship breakdown and victims of Domestic violence.
