I provide a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood while exploring what matters most to you. You deserve support. You deserve to be heard. My name is Leisa, and I am a counsellor based in Lake Macquarie, NSW. I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where women, teens, parents, and individuals can openly explore their experiences and emotions. My approach is gentle, person-centred, and focused on supporting you in a way that honours your unique journey. I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, respected, and supported. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking direction, I will walk alongside you with empathy and care. Together, we will create a space where you can reflect, gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward at your own pace.
My journey into counselling began through years of supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. Through my experience in support work, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people experiencing grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, mental health challenges, and family or relationship difficulties. These experiences shaped my belief that everyone deserves a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. I became a counsellor because I believe meaningful change can begin when someone feels truly listened to and accepted. Having a compassionate person beside you can make a difference when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to navigate. My goal is to provide a calm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build self-understanding, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
